Manages a book of commercial insurance accounts, coordinating new and renewal business, preparing quotes and applications, reviewing policies, processing endorsements, invoices, credits, and cancellations, and maintaining client and carrier relationships. The role also gathers underwriting data, generates reports, supports policy issuance, maintains files, pursues continuing education, and assists with employee training.

Handles inbound and outbound calls with customers and insurance agents, explains insurance documentation requirements, resolves inquiries, completes loan transactions, validates and updates loan records, and matches documents to records. Maintains confidentiality, meets workflow and production goals, participates in training and meetings, and provides accurate, timely customer support in a remote environment.
