Supports Account Executives in servicing employee benefits accounts, handling client and vendor communications, maintaining BenefitPoint records, assisting with new business, attending client and enrollment meetings, preparing communications and benchmark reports, reviewing plan documents, and supporting compliance, claims, billing, and daily service needs.

Manage and retain a book of commercial insurance accounts, coordinating new and renewal business, quotations, applications, policy issuance, endorsements, invoices, cancellations, and client communications. Review policies for accuracy, gather underwriting data, maintain account files, generate reports, and collaborate with producers, carriers, underwriters, claims representatives, and service teams. The role also involves continuing education, maintaining insurance expertise, and assisting with employee training.

Lead pre-close commercial insurance due diligence for private equity and M&A transactions. Manage multiple engagements, analyze P&C and specialty coverage, prepare written reports for deal teams, coordinate subject-matter experts, engage target company executives, review financials and risk programs, and support ongoing client relationships.
