Assists with warehouse functions, freight returns, driver onboarding documentation, and delivery route progress tracking while maintaining accurate records and professional customer service.

Provides administrative support to managers and drivers through phone and email communication, filing, data entry, paperwork, and spreadsheet tasks. Monitors driver teams and delivery-order exceptions, contacts customers, supports driver training and onboarding documentation, and completes tasks in Microsoft Office and web-based systems. The role requires multitasking, a friendly demeanor, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with logistics terminology.

Source, recruit, pre-screen, and onboard Independent Service Providers (ISPs) for final-mile home delivery. Conduct on-site recruiting, job fairs, and outreach; validate DOT/MC authority, insurance, and operational readiness; complete background checks and documentation; maintain records in Tenstreet; and travel to customer distribution centers (≈75% travel).
