Leads potable water and wastewater engineering projects from concept through completion, managing scopes, budgets, schedules, teams, subcontractors, technical design, QA/QC, construction support, client relationships, and business development. The role also mentors staff, supports proposals and marketing, oversees project reviews and invoicing, addresses technical and financial issues, and signs and seals engineering documents.

Leads the Broadband West Region Engineering Group, overseeing strategic planning, business growth, regional P&L, client relationships, technical delivery, staffing, and team development. The role drives fiber and broadband project execution across Colorado and the Western US, including planning, design, permitting, due diligence, and construction handoff. Responsibilities include business development, contract development, resource planning, market expansion, and leadership of high-volume FTTx projects.

Recruit full-cycle talent acquisition for engineering and technical roles across HR Green. Build passive-candidate relationships, develop specialized talent pipelines, source through LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks, and advise hiring managers using market intelligence. Manage searches from intake through offer, maintain candidate engagement and accurate recruiting data, communicate search progress, and adapt strategies for difficult-to-fill positions. Civil engineering or AEC recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
