Provide advanced enterprise technical support for NodeZero customers, troubleshoot cloud, networking, and infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, assist deployments and IaC/container optimization, collaborate with engineering, mentor junior staff, maintain SLAs, and document solutions to improve support processes.

Lead alliance marketing across the global partner ecosystem: develop co-marketing and ABM demand-generation programs, optimize AWS Marketplace positioning, create partner kits and sales enablement, measure campaign ROI and partner-sourced pipeline, execute joint events, and serve as primary partner liaison while coordinating cross-functional readiness.
