Process U.S. and international payroll, answer employee payroll questions, audit pay data, maintain confidential records, support onboarding and offboarding, handle adjustments and off-cycle payments, assist with compliance and year-end activities, and improve payroll processes. The role partners with People and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate payroll and HRIS data.

Own the global sales compensation and incentive strategy, including quota methodology, plan design, crediting rules, accelerators, SPIFFs, governance, and exception management. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to improve quota attainability, automate plan assignment and payout workflows, and ensure accurate attainment data. Establish scalable compensation policies, decision rights, and audit-ready processes while advising executives and resolving individual commission disputes.

Partner with Account Executives on enterprise cybersecurity sales by leading technical discovery, solution positioning, tailored demos, proof-of-value engagements, objection handling, and technical deal strategy. Maintain post-sale technical continuity, support customer adoption and expansion, and share field feedback with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing. Translate cybersecurity capabilities into business value for technical practitioners and executives.
