The role also promotes the employer brand through job postings, social media content, career fairs, and recruiting events while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Conduct quality audits across insurance operations, with advanced review of complex Supplemental Health claims. Interpret policy provisions, evaluate claim decisions, identify errors and root causes, document findings, and recommend process improvements. Partner with operational leaders on corrective actions, quality programs, training, coaching, and calibration while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Leads enterprise marketing and distribution strategy, analytics, planning, forecasting, investment decisions, and performance management across agent, call center, partnership, and internet channels. Owns lead-funnel analytics, market opportunity modeling, dashboards, KPIs, and executive insights to drive profitable growth. Partners cross-functionally to implement strategies and develops a high-performing strategy and analytics team.
