Provide in-classroom behavior support and coaching to ELC teachers, develop Positive Behavior Support Plans, run social-emotional skills groups, conduct observations and data assessments, train staff and families in trauma-informed, research-based behavior strategies, and collaborate with intervention teams to support children ages 1–12 and their families.

Maintain general ledger accounts, perform month- and year-end closings, prepare monthly financial reports, reconcile accounts, run payroll, manage payments, support budgeting and audit-ready documentation, and provide financial analysis to leadership and the board in accordance with GAAP.
