Lead cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management for complex multi‑site programs. Develop program plans, establish baselines and WBS, monitor costs in SAP/Business Forecaster, support invoicing and change management, and provide process improvement and reporting to program and business leaders.

Support manufacture, assembly, test and fabrication of custom skidded pump/compressor packages; translate engineering/customer requirements into shop-floor documentation; investigate production issues; drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma; participate in NCM disposition, RCCA, labor estimating, and capital equipment projects while partnering with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Product Engineering.

Lead development, validation, and maintenance of machining processes for pump and compressor components. Create and revise NC/CAM programs, tooling, work instructions, and routings. Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma, TPM, 5S), support root-cause analysis and corrective actions, manage configuration and traceability, and participate in capital equipment selection and cost analysis. Collaborate with manufacturing, product engineering, quality, planning, and supply chain.
