Promote and sell automation, process control, and industrial software solutions to mining, minerals, and metals customers. Develop sales strategies, provide technical expertise, create customer proposals and solution architectures, build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling and cross-functional collaboration.

Supports project managers in executing custom-engineered pump and compressor projects from order entry through closeout. Maintains schedules, tracks milestones, prepares customer and management reports, coordinates cross-functional activities, manages project documentation and revisions, communicates status and deadlines, and assists with budget tracking. The role requires organizing multiple projects, resolving scheduling issues, and collaborating with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, sales, finance, customers, and other stakeholders.

Leads FP&A and commercial finance activities, including forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, cash flow optimization, cost control, compliance, and financial systems oversight. Provides strategic financial insights to business leadership, prepares reports, develops contingency plans, and drives process improvements. Manages, mentors, and develops a global finance team while partnering cross-functionally to improve business performance and profitability.
