Teams at Honeydew

Build and operate the platform supporting Honeydew’s digital dermatology product. Responsibilities include migrating data infrastructure to RDS, strengthening AWS security and compliance, standardizing logging, developing AI-assisted vulnerability remediation workflows, creating infrastructure and automation, supporting feature teams, and reviewing code. The role requires backend service and API development, platform security, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and strong data and architecture skills.

Designs and maintains secure, reliable data platforms, including relational data models, migrations, pipelines, monitoring, data quality processes, and self-service reporting access. The role protects PHI and PII through access controls, encryption, audit logging, and governance in a HIPAA environment. It also involves backend API development, code reviews, security reviews, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring teams on data practices.

Own the incident queue for a digital dermatology platform, resolving L0 technical support issues, triaging tickets, and escalating complex problems to engineering with clear reproduction details. Build AI-assisted runbooks and knowledge-base articles, analyze incident trends, and improve resolution rates. Troubleshoot using logs, browser developer tools, and read-only SQL queries. The role is fully remote and supports mission-critical healthcare workflows.
