Lead on-site restaurant operations to deliver excellent guest experience, food quality, service, sanitation and financial results. Hire, train, and develop managers and hourly staff, manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and compliance, resolve guest issues, execute marketing and menu rollouts, and deliver labor and food cost budgets while reporting to the Director of Operations.
