Support our executive team with scheduling, administrative tasks, travel and managing calendars. Manage and order office and snack supplies with focus on always making the office environment work best for everyone. Ensuring the office is always welcoming to current team members, vendors, customers and future Homebotters. Assist organizing quarterly events, monthly team lunches, demos, conferences, wellness Friday events and company outings. Facilitate and manage expense processes for exec team. Ensure “to do’s” become done (no one has to ask twice or followup). Office liasion between vendors and building management. Support Marketing, HR, Accounting and other departments with tasks and projects, as directed/needed.

Collaborate with other team members through code reviews and occasional pair programming. Work with team leaders to inform product road mapping, identifying bottlenecks, bugs, and devising solutions to these problems. Understand and influence the vision and overall strategy. Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization​. You’ll also have opportunities to dig into other technologies we use such as Node, Go, Docker, React, and Ember. Responsible for assisting in various aspects of the Customer Success and Operations team. Respond to customer inquiries via Intercom, email, phone, etc. in a timely manner. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Handle customer challenges, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution. Help identify bugs, gather steps to reproduce, and report to Product team for resolution - keeping customer apprised along the way. Help report important KPIs to help the company make key business decisions.
