Prepare, cook, and plate menu items consistently in a fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities include food storage and rotation, station setup, prep, steam table maintenance, recipe adherence, sanitation, and maintaining service readiness. The role requires attention to detail, speed, organization, problem-solving under pressure, effective teamwork, and the ability to stand throughout shifts and lift up to 40 pounds.

Coordinates communication between kitchen and dining-room teams, checks plating and portion standards, garnishes dishes, monitors ticket times, maintains a clean expo station, follows sanitation procedures, and may assist with to-go orders and phones. Requires restaurant experience, attention to detail, multitasking, reliability, organization, teamwork, communication, and the ability to stand throughout the shift, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
