Support attorneys by developing and tracking matter budgets, producing financial and RFP analyses, creating matter plans, coordinating data for client reviews, establishing legal project management best practices, and collaborating with IT to automate reporting and improve profitability tracking.

The Assistant Director of Deal Flow will source and manage investment opportunities, cultivate relationships with capital providers, and perform project management duties.

Coordinate and execute secure digital client matter data transfers, ensuring correct classification, metadata mapping, documentation, and tracking. Troubleshoot transfer issues, use FTP and DMS tools, maintain data integrity and security controls, and support Matter Mobility processes and reporting.

Partner with attorneys to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled legal workflows (prompting, RAG, templates, evaluations). Provide training, change management, governance-aligned guardrails, monitor adoption and performance, and iterate on workflows with cross-functional teams.
