Processes attorney and client bills, including time, disbursement, electronic billing, billing guidelines, and client account data. Responds to billing inquiries, prepares reports, researches credit and trust balances, supports reconciliations and month-end closing, and performs related client accounting duties. Requires accounting knowledge, proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, analytical ability, confidentiality, and the ability to meet deadlines accurately.

Coordinates full-cycle lateral recruiting for attorneys, partners, paralegals, and other timekeepers across multiple offices. Responsibilities include candidate screening, interview scheduling, search-firm coordination, reference checks, onboarding logistics, recruiting data management, reporting, travel arrangements, offer letters, and administrative support. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage urgent, competing deadlines in a hybrid professional office environment.
