The Associate Recruitment Coordinator manages legal recruiting activities, coordinates onboarding, supports law school recruiting, and ensures a positive candidate experience.

Lead global marketing and business development for the Sports, Media & Entertainment sector. Develop and implement sector strategy and business plans, manage a global team, run campaigns, events, sponsorships and thought leadership, drive pitching and RFP responses, manage key client relationships and portfolio analysis, and enable internal knowledge sharing and firm-wide promotion to grow sector revenue and profile.

Conduct conflicts-of-interest and corporate structure research using legal databases and online searches; assist with identification, resolution, and clearance of conflicts; maintain and update conflicts database; respond to attorney and staff requests; support managers with research and projects; perform administrative tasks such as proofreading and filing; contribute to process improvements.

Review conflicts searches and analyze results, working with attorneys and leadership to identify and resolve issues. Prepare engagement documentation, coordinate waivers/consents and ethical screens, maintain the conflicts database, and support junior team members. Communicate with the Ethics Committee and exercise sound judgment to advance matters efficiently.

Provide global first-line support and configuration for finance systems (e.g., Elite 3E, OneStream), develop and test reporting and code (SQL, MDX/DAX, VB.net), produce month-end and ad-hoc reports, maintain documentation, work on small projects, and support users across time zones.
