Serve as the firm's enterprise cloud subject-matter expert focused on Microsoft Azure. Define cloud architecture, standards, landing zones, governance, and FinOps; build proofs of concept and reference implementations; lead migrations and hybrid-cloud designs; advise executives; review solutions; mentor IT staff; and provide technical leadership across infrastructure, data, application, AI, and security domains.

Provide consulting and technical leadership for toll revenue collection systems, focusing on CCaaS contact center design, implementation, AI-driven customer service solutions, procurement, operations support, and project delivery across the system lifecycle.

Lead full lifecycle engineering projects delivering scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Develop proposals/contracts, manage technical design deliverables, supervise and mentor project teams, serve as primary client liaison, support business development, and ensure risk/change management. Role requires extensive stakeholder coordination and 50% travel.
