Leads and grows a local Corporate Fellowship Program connecting transitioning service members with employers. Manages participant recruitment, matching, cohort programming, employer partnerships, community outreach, program records, reporting, performance metrics, and employment outcomes. The role requires relationship building, business development, event facilitation, CRM usage, data-informed decision-making, and collaboration with military installations, employers, workforce organizations, and internal teams. This hybrid position is based near Fort Carson, Colorado, with travel up to 25%.
