Lead a team of 5-7 sales representatives selling vacation packages inside Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's. Drive customer engagement, close commission-based sales quickly, coach and motivate staff, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment with evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Engage Bass Pro Shop/Cabela's customers to present and sell vacation ownership. Deliver persuasive presentations, identify guest travel needs, meet sales targets, provide concierge-style recommendations, work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays, and participate in ongoing training.

Greet and assist guests and owners, process check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations and billing, respond to inquiries and special requests, coordinate with housekeeping, resolve complaints, maintain front desk records and perform general administrative tasks to ensure positive guest experiences.
