Designs and delivers data architectures for complex enterprise customers. Leads discovery, profiles warehouse data, creates schemas and identity-matching rules, directs agent-assisted transformations, validates performance and business outcomes, and builds semantic layers and business logic for marketing activation. The architect owns implementation quality, customer alignment, reusable reference architectures, and ongoing technical guidance while informing product teams about platform gaps.

Own developer productivity across a large monorepo and the path to production. Improve build, test, deployment, and coverage workflows; enable teams to ship safely and quickly; support multi-cloud and multi-region expansion; and strengthen operational excellence. The role requires delivering framework-level improvements across teams while contributing to backend feature code and working directly with customers on complex scaling challenges.

Own relationships across a SaaS client portfolio, serving as the primary contact, driving renewals, retention, adoption, and account expansion. Build stakeholder relationships, understand business goals, resolve challenges, lead renewal and strategic review meetings, maintain account records, and coordinate with internal teams. Track account health, report progress, and communicate expansion opportunities to sales. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, financial, and contract management skills.
