Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for liquid handling and dispensing products. Serve as SME for workflows, gather VOC, partner with engineering and commercial teams, drive product launches, and align stakeholders to deliver lab automation solutions that address market needs.

Provide technical support and case management for customers' lab automation and robotics systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and database issues; deploy integrations and code; collaborate with field engineers and cross-functional teams; train customers; manage up to 30 West Coast accounts; document issues and contribute to process improvements. Role includes remote, on-site, and customer site work with ~30% domestic travel.
