Supervise daily hotel engineering operations, including property and equipment maintenance, life safety compliance, preventive maintenance, energy conservation, vendor contracts, budgeting, forecasting, renovations, electronic lock systems, and engineer training. The role also supports guest issue resolution, ADA compliance, emergency equipment inspections, scheduling, and departmental operations in the absence of senior engineering leadership.

Supervise front office operations while providing courteous guest service during check-in, stays, and checkout. Responsibilities include operating front desk and PBX systems, handling reservations, payments, packages, guest inquiries, room-rate verification, shift paperwork, promotions, emergency procedures, and coordination with hotel departments. The supervisor ensures hotel standards, supports team members, resolves guest concerns, maintains accurate records, and maximizes room revenue and occupancy.

Oversee daily hotel engineering and facilities operations, including property maintenance, preventative maintenance, life safety inspections, emergency response, energy conservation, vendor contracts, budgeting, compliance, staff scheduling, training, and service request resolution. The Chief Engineer supervises engineering personnel, supports renovations and special projects, participates in safety programs, and ensures hotel equipment and facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant.
