As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the UX/UI design of web-based tools, simplify complex workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence product strategy while championing design systems.

Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for enterprise homebuilder products (Estimate and Showroom). Manage and mentor product managers, define roadmaps, drive metrics across buyer and builder journeys, partner with stakeholders, and launch features that improve conversion, engagement, and operational efficiency.

Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for Higharc's core platform and APIs. Manage and grow a product manager team, embed AI across workflows, partner with Engineering and Design, define platform integrations, own metrics and business outcomes, and translate complex technical and customer needs into scalable product experiences.
