Ten-week, part-time, in-person summer internship for college sophomores and juniors. Interns gain hands-on experience and contribute to projects within Business Insurance, Employee Benefits, Risk Management, or Human Resources teams. The program includes professional development, networking, leadership exposure, collaboration, community involvement, and career exploration in the insurance and financial services industry.

Leads the Captive Claims Department, supervising 8–10 employees and overseeing complex property and casualty claims. Develops claims strategies, manages reserves and resolution processes, monitors carrier and TPA performance, audits claim files, analyzes metrics and trends, supports clients with disputes, and drives workflow improvements. Requires frequent overnight travel and collaboration with clients, insurers, TPAs, attorneys, and claims professionals.

Coordinates group captive risk management activities, including claims reporting and tracking, loss run analysis, client report distribution, claim review scheduling, workshop and board meeting preparation, project tracking, internal audits, and administrative support for account management and loss control teams.
