Provides advanced technical support for HPE VM Essentials and Morpheus Enterprise deployments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. Leads critical escalations, incident resolution, root cause analysis, defect triage, and architectural guidance. Troubleshoots virtualization, compute, operating systems, storage, networking, and automation platforms. Develops support tools and processes, documents best practices, mentors engineers, and influences product quality and roadmap decisions.

Designs and maintains distributed storage system software and high-availability clustering solutions. Integrates storage, networking, operating systems, and hardware; debugs complex cross-domain issues; develops automation and configuration-management tools; integrates APIs; supports containerized and virtualized deployments; and helps resolve customer issues. The role requires strong Linux, storage, networking, programming, hardware, and distributed-systems expertise.

Leads HPE’s global cyber defense strategy, operating model, roadmap, and investment priorities. Oversees Cyber Defense Center operations, insider threat investigations, threat intelligence, detection engineering, incident response, threat hunting, and AI-enabled security operations. Partners with executives and board stakeholders, builds resilient global teams, manages transformation and budgets, improves detection and response capabilities, and represents HPE with industry and government partners. Requires approximately 25% travel.
