Leads Henry Schein Dental’s national event, trade show, convention, regional meeting, and Key Opinion Leader programs. Develops event strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, budgets, analytics, vendor partnerships, educational programming, and KOL relationships. Oversees event execution, lead generation, ROI measurement, brand consistency, contracts, operational improvements, and team development. Partners with sales, marketing, finance, suppliers, and business leaders to deliver customer engagement and business growth.

Verifies federal and state licensing documentation for prescription product orders, activates customer accounts, reviews potentially fraudulent orders, and maintains accurate licensing records. Communicates with customers, Sales, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, support order processing, and ensure regulatory compliance. Requires strong customer service, communication, documentation, attention to detail, confidentiality, and computer skills in an office environment.

Manages item creation and maintenance, supplier pricing, price change analysis, purchase order updates, and invoice discrepancy resolution. Collaborates with Marketing, Purchasing, suppliers, Accounts Payable, and Distribution teams to maintain accurate costs, pricing, regulatory information, sales restrictions, and cold-chain data. Reviews new item requests, resolves discrepancies, monitors supplier performance metrics, supports negotiations, and contributes to process improvements and special projects.
