Build and ship end-to-end features in Next.js/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI; design scalable, low-latency systems for voice/SMS/chat; implement secure EHR integrations (FHIR/HL7); architect data storage and pipelines (Postgres, Redis, S3) with HIPAA/SOC-2 controls; own infra as code (Terraform, Helm), CI/CD, testing, and production reliability; collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior engineers.
