Serve as the operational and care-coordination hub for the Aspen outpatient clinic, ensuring efficient clinic operations, timely access to services, continuity of care, and positive client outcomes. Collaborate with clinicians, psychiatric providers, community partners, and administrative teams to facilitate transitions from assessment through outpatient treatment, reduce barriers to care, improve engagement, and maintain trauma-informed, culturally responsive services. Provide administrative leadership, scheduling, EHR management, client support, crisis de-escalation, and community outreach.

Supervise Business Service Assistants and standardize client registration, scheduling, EMR, charge-entry and point-of-sale collections across ten outpatient clinics. Provide training, consultation, quality control, KPI monitoring, internal audits, workflow assessment, and liaison with Program Directors. Support accounts receivable, cash posting, and billing processes while traveling between sites as needed.

Support and improve clinical quality across the organization through QI project management, training, regulatory and contractual compliance, performance and outcomes measurement, monitoring clinical standard work, implementing policies and workflows, and providing feedback. Requires travel to regional sites.
