Serve as the operational and care-coordination hub for the Aspen outpatient clinic, ensuring efficient clinic operations, timely access to services, continuity of care, and positive client outcomes. Collaborate with clinicians, psychiatric providers, community partners, and administrative teams to facilitate transitions from assessment through outpatient treatment, reduce barriers to care, improve engagement, and maintain trauma-informed, culturally responsive services. Provide administrative leadership, scheduling, EHR management, client support, crisis de-escalation, and community outreach.

Supervise Business Service Assistants and standardize client registration, scheduling, EMR, charge-entry and point-of-sale collections across ten outpatient clinics. Provide training, consultation, quality control, KPI monitoring, internal audits, workflow assessment, and liaison with Program Directors. Support accounts receivable, cash posting, and billing processes while traveling between sites as needed.

Support and improve clinical quality across the organization through QI project management, training, regulatory and contractual compliance, performance and outcomes measurement, monitoring clinical standard work, implementing policies and workflows, and providing feedback. Requires travel to regional sites.

Lead and oversee nursing operations across outpatient psychiatric, withdrawal management, and residential SUD programs. Ensure safe, trauma-informed care, regulatory compliance, workforce management, quality assurance, and collaboration with clinical leadership while supporting program development and operational improvements.

Provide on-site supervised clinical internship experience in behavioral health settings. Work alongside clinicians, case managers, and other staff while completing practicum requirements for a masters level counseling program.

Provide emergency mental health and substance-use crisis services, assess risk and need for legal holds, perform mental status exams, deliver behavioral interventions, document encounters, and coordinate disposition with clients, families, law enforcement, and community agencies.

Manage and operate behavioral health clinic services across assigned counties, supervise staff, develop programs using evidence-based practices, provide direct clinical services, ensure quality compliance, and coordinate community relationships and site operations.

Performs front-desk and administrative support for client registration, scheduling, ECR setup/maintenance, charge entry, point-of-service collections, and cash receipts. Ensures HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI, provides customer service to consumers and staff, and supports daily office operations across multiple sites.

Manage and operate behavioral health program services including oversight of clinical services, coordinating program delivery, providing direct clinical services, ensuring quality compliance, supervising staff, and supporting community relations across assigned county sites.

Provide therapeutic and case management services for diverse patient populations, focusing on discharge planning and aftercare. Coordinate with clinical teams, maintain treatment plans, and connect clients to community resources for behavioral health and substance abuse needs.

Provide case management and crisis response alongside law enforcement to divert people with mental health and/or substance use issues from the criminal justice system. Connect clients to treatment and community resources, coordinate services, document clinical contacts, and assist with transportation as needed. Work with diverse populations across ages and severities, using telehealth tools and in-person outreach.

Verify patient insurance eligibility, obtain prior authorizations, assist clients with Medicaid/benefit applications and sliding fee scale, provide financial counseling, monitor and collect overdue accounts, maintain accurate electronic charts, and uphold HIPAA confidentiality while collaborating with teams.

Provide therapeutic and case management services including discharge planning and aftercare for diverse behavioral health patients (children, adults, couples, groups). Coordinate community resources, follow clinical team direction, and support treatment and crisis interventions.

Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Consult with staff, apply advanced psychiatric and pharmacologic knowledge, and support individual, group, family, and crisis treatment across Health Solutions West sites.

Provide therapeutic and case management services for diverse patients, focusing on discharge planning and aftercare. Coordinate with clinical teams, perform assessment, crisis intervention, referral to community resources, and documentation. May work with individuals, couples, families, and groups across multiple sites.

Provides emergency mental health and substance abuse crisis services: assesses risk, performs mental status exams, determines need for holds and level of care, delivers behavioral interventions, arranges follow-up and referrals, and collaborates with families, law enforcement and community agencies. Requires on-call coverage (15–24 hour shifts/month) and travel between sites.

Provide onsite security and safety for staff, visitors, and clients at Grand Junction facilities. Patrol premises, monitor surveillance, secure access points, de-escalate disruptive behavior, document incidents, coordinate emergency response, report maintenance concerns, transport food between facilities, and follow HIPAA and agency policies. Work varied shifts including overnights and weekends.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for client registration, scheduling, EHR setup/maintenance, charge entry, point-of-service collections, and call navigation. Ensure PHI handling per HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, support Program Director with local contract execution, manage supplies and facility contracts, and assist clinic productivity and access measures. Travel between sites as needed.

Coordinate Open Access referrals and enrollment, perform screenings and triage, connect clients with community resources, manage referral inboxes and client documentation, maintain EHR proficiency, and support care coordination and systems improvement under clinical supervision.

Provide strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for specialty behavioral health programs (Case Management, ACT, ASCENT, NGRI). Manage program performance, regulatory compliance, workforce development, fiscal stewardship, and service integration. Supervise Program Coordinators, develop care coordination strategies, improve access and transitions of care, and ensure person-centered, evidence-based services across service lines.
