Design end-to-end telehealth workflows (scheduling, intake, provider review, documentation, payments), integrate with telehealth platforms/EHRs/APIs, ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance, partner cross-functionally with engineering, legal, marketing, and providers, and build scalable, auditable systems to drive conversion, revenue, and customer experience.

Lead lifecycle CRM and retention for an ecommerce portfolio: design automated, personalized journeys across email, SMS, direct mail, loyalty and push; run A/B tests and churn modeling with Data; partner cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, Finance, Product to drive acquisition, onboarding, retention, and forecast business impact.

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure, implementing data governance, and collaborating with teams to meet data needs.
