Lead strategy and execution for Headway’s provider community and content programs. Define member journeys, manage channels and events, build an ambassador program, capture provider stories, and measure engagement to drive business outcomes and provider advocacy.

Review and interpret behavioral health documentation and coding review results (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS), provide clear, actionable education to providers via support channels, identify and correct incorrect findings, contribute to provider education and knowledge base content, and advise cross-functional teams on coding trends and tooling improvements.

Review therapists' clinical documentation and decision-making against Headway's clinical quality standards, identify gaps, perform calibration and reliability exercises, and (when assigned) provide asynchronous or live remediation and coaching. Complete reviews within Headway systems, adhere to HIPAA/confidentiality, and provide structured feedback to improve rubrics and AI-assisted review tools.
