Lead HR for a Denver distribution center (plus support for 2-3 sites). Drive workforce planning, staffing, performance management, employee relations, training, HR policy integration during acquisitions, and HRIS/workforce management system usage. Coach leaders, resolve relations issues, and analyze HR data to inform decisions.

Provide HR support and counsel to a Denver facility across staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, performance management, and associate relations. Administer HR programs, conduct investigations, source and interview candidates, resolve employee relations issues, ensure consistent HR policy application, analyze HR data, and liaise with leaders and functional experts. Occasional overnight travel required.
