Own target architecture, multi-tenant security, canonical domain models, integrations, resilience, data migration, and cloud-native application delivery. Modernize legacy .NET, WCF, and SQL systems while establishing engineering standards, CI/CD quality gates, observability, and secure development practices. Provide hands-on coding, technical leadership, architecture decisions, mentoring, and cross-functional partnership with cloud, security, network, and IT teams.

Leads technology and business transformation consulting engagements for middle-market and private equity-backed clients. Responsibilities include assessing processes and technology environments, developing transformation strategies and roadmaps, leading ERP and system-selection initiatives, identifying AI and automation opportunities, managing project workstreams, presenting recommendations to executives, mentoring associates, and supporting proposals and thought leadership.

Support proposal operations with rapid turnaround, manage intake and workflow, and improve processes using automation and AI. Execute SEO, website optimization, social media strategy, and content calendars. Build reporting dashboards, analyze performance, and present insights to leadership. Collaborate with partners and travel periodically to other offices (10-15%).
