Responsibilities include assessing processes and technology environments, developing transformation strategies and roadmaps, leading ERP and system-selection initiatives, identifying AI and automation opportunities, managing project workstreams, presenting recommendations to executives, mentoring associates, and supporting proposals and thought leadership.

Support proposal operations with rapid turnaround, manage intake and workflow, and improve processes using automation and AI. Execute SEO, website optimization, social media strategy, and content calendars. Build reporting dashboards, analyze performance, and present insights to leadership. Collaborate with partners and travel periodically to other offices (10-15%).

Lead design and build of an Azure landing zone using Terraform and Terraform Cloud. Own networking, firewall, identity, governance, policy-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and shift-left scanning. Codify standards, enable self-service application delivery, and collaborate with security, network, and IT teams.

Prepare and review federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts; manage engagement workflow and deadlines; identify and research tax issues; supervise, coach, and train staff; communicate with clients and tax authorities; use and train others on tax preparation software; ensure engagement quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
