Serve as an embedded FP&A partner to senior functional leaders, owning cost center budgeting, variance analysis, and headcount modeling. Build and improve cost, margin, and P&L models, surface strategic margin and efficiency opportunities, support annual and long-range planning, prepare variance commentary, and lead ad hoc strategic analyses and special projects.

Serve as the GTM finance partner driving ARR analytics, bookings forecasting, cohort NRR/GRR analysis, sales capacity and compensation modeling, GTM expense variance, and pipeline/renewal economics to inform CRO and RevOps decisions and company-level financial planning.

Lead GTM transformation program managing cross-functional workstreams, change management, enablement, and executive reporting. Maintain master program and task trackers, run status cadences, drive stakeholder alignment, manage communications, enablement metrics, and post-implementation reviews to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes across Sales, CS, Marketing, RevOps, and IT.
