The Accounting Assistant performs data entry and clerical support for the financial services department. Responsibilities include resident and health center billing, recording deposits, reviewing accounts payable invoices, entering invoices, routing approvals, and generating checks. The role requires computer and data-entry skills, basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and professional hospitality-focused service. Accounting experience is helpful but not required, as training is provided.

Prepares therapeutic desserts, salads, and meal trays; serves meals to health center residents; sets up and breaks down dining areas; and transports food and non-food items. The role requires following diet orders, understanding measurements, communicating effectively, assisting elderly residents empathetically, and meeting physical demands including prolonged standing, lifting, and pushing carts.

Manages daily dining room operations, serving staff, scheduling, training, cleanliness, food presentation, service quality, and customer experience in a senior living community. Oversees staffing, workstation organization, table service, order taking, dish clearing, and adherence to sanitation and operational standards.
