Own Harvey’s finance applications portfolio, including NetSuite, procurement, spend, billing, and revenue systems. Lead discovery, process design, architecture, roadmap prioritization, configuration, integrations, automation, testing, and deployment across global finance processes. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Procurement, Tax, Security, and Business Technology to solve complex multi-entity, multi-currency, billing, and revenue recognition challenges. Mentor peers and establish application quality, governance, and change-management practices.

Own end-to-end global mobility matters, including immigration sponsorship, relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel. Advise employees, candidates, managers, and business partners; manage immigration counsel, tax advisors, and mobility vendors; maintain work authorization data and audit readiness; and build scalable workflows, policies, reporting, playbooks, and self-service resources. Lead complex U.S. immigration matters and help expand mobility programs in a fast-growing global company.

Manage accurate, timely US payroll processing and regulatory compliance for all employees. Oversee termination checks, benefits-related payroll activities, Workday enhancements, audits, payroll accounting, 401(k) funding reconciliations, Form 941 filings, and state tax reconciliations. Partner with People Operations, maintain confidential employee records, support month-end close, and help scale payroll operations in a fast-growing company.
