Manage daily Workday and human capital systems operations, support, configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and data quality. Lead a team of four, prioritize support requests, troubleshoot connected systems, coordinate with Human Capital, Payroll, Technology, Operations, and vendors, and resolve recurring issues. Contribute to testing, rollout, documentation, automation, and process improvements while maintaining dependable employee lifecycle processes.

Leads regional sales strategy, team coaching, forecasting, pipeline management, business development, account growth, customer retention, and market expansion. Partners with operational and business leaders to identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, build scalable sales processes, and drive revenue growth. Requires sales leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Technical solutions sales experience is preferred.
