Contribute to testing, rollout, documentation, automation, and process improvements while maintaining dependable employee lifecycle processes.

Leads regional sales strategy, team coaching, forecasting, pipeline management, business development, account growth, customer retention, and market expansion. Partners with operational and business leaders to identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, build scalable sales processes, and drive revenue growth. Requires sales leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Technical solutions sales experience is preferred.

Supports technology project planning, scheduling, coordination, tracking, reporting, and governance across multiple workstreams. Maintains deliverables, budgets, timelines, risks, documentation, dashboards, and status updates. Facilitates meetings and follows up on action items while coordinating vendors, supporting contract compliance, and aligning work with PMO standards. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, along with familiarity with project management tools and vendor processes.

Owns Autodesk Construction Cloud implementation, project setup, workflow standardization, troubleshooting, documentation, and user training across design, engineering, and construction teams. Supports BIM/VDC model development, software integrations, file versioning, permissions, and information sharing. Serves as the primary ACC subject matter expert while collaborating with IT, vendors, and project stakeholders to improve technology-driven AEC processes.
