Serve as the firms independent PPLI counsel: evaluate suitability and tax economics, design ownership and trust structures, review offering and carrier documents, conduct independent carrier and product diligence, coordinate multidisciplinary implementation, and develop firm templates and training to scale PPLI capabilities.

Prepare and coordinate multistate real property conveyance documents and entity formations. Draft and review deeds, analyze title commitments and legal descriptions, research recording requirements and transfer taxes, manage execution and recording logistics, resolve title issues, track recordings, and maintain organized transaction files while ensuring compliance and deadlines.

Own full-cycle legal recruitment: proactively source and build passive pipelines, partner with hiring managers, manage offers and ATS data, design attraction campaigns, track hiring metrics, and represent the employer at legal events.
