Supports Talent Acquisition leadership with process improvements and special projects while maintaining organized, accurate records and a positive candidate experience in a fully remote environment.

Advise business-owning clients on entity formation, governance, succession, exit planning, asset protection, ownership structuring, and business-entity coordination with estate plans. Draft formation documents, operating agreements, bylaws, and buy-sell agreements; lead virtual client and advisor meetings; collaborate with financial advisors and attorneys nationwide; and maintain strong client and advisor relationships.
