Designs, develops, and implements learning solutions supporting go-to-market and sales enablement priorities. Responsibilities include instructional design, curriculum and content development, learning project management, stakeholder collaboration, digital learning implementation, LMS administration, quality assurance, assessments, and continuous improvement. The role independently manages learning workstreams from needs assessment through launch and evaluation while partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts, and external providers.

Supports Salesforce and go-to-market systems by maintaining data quality, preparing imports, assisting users, developing reports and dashboards, documenting requirements, testing enhancements, and providing training. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting, adoption, process efficiency, and system usability across revenue operations.

Conduct client interviews and process analysis to identify legal workflow automation opportunities. Create process maps, requirements, solution designs, and documentation; configure and test no-code or low-code workflows; troubleshoot and support CLM and legal AI tools. Facilitate workshops, presentations, and problem solving while managing project scope, timelines, budgets, reporting, and client delivery. Collaborate with legal, engineering, and development teams to improve enterprise legal operations.
