Coordinate inland shipments by rail, truck, barge, and feeder vessel; handle customer inquiries; arrange transport bookings; manage cargo release, customs, and dwell-time issues; liaise with vendors, terminals, legal/insurance, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective intermodal operations and claims documentation.

Manages accounts receivable activities, including customer collections, dispute resolution, credit-limit monitoring, account reconciliation, check posting, refunds, statements, reporting, and delinquency escalation. The role also responds to customer inquiries, coordinates internally to resolve payment issues, and follows company accounting policies and procedures.

Coordinate transshipment execution across areas, ports, terminals, feeders, vendors, and customer service teams. Plan and assign connections, align capacity with cargo volumes, manage schedule changes and rollovers, arrange haulage and storage, create feeder work orders and transport exceptions, update shipment systems, and communicate inspections and additional charges. The role requires systematic analytical thinking, maritime or logistics knowledge, strong communication, negotiation skills, and fluent English.
