Teams at Handshake

Provide technical email, phone, and video support to employer, student, career services, and AI users. Resolve approximately 20–30 tickets and 10 phone calls daily, troubleshoot bugs and workflows, build custom reports, and consult users on the Handshake platform. Collaborate with Support, Success, Product, and Engineering teams, identify trends, improve operations, and maintain service-quality and response-time standards across support queues.

Own analytics and reporting initiatives for EDU Partnerships, from defining business questions through delivery and adoption. Build scalable dashboards, reports, data products, and self-service resources; analyze partner health, performance, student engagement, risks, and opportunities; and deliver partner-facing insights. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support while communicating findings, improving data quality, and enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Prospect and build early-stage pipeline within federal and state & local government organizations. Navigate complex org structures, engage stakeholders, align Handshake solutions to government budgets and hiring priorities, and collaborate with account executives to drive awareness and opportunities for early talent recruitment.
