Responsibilities include consultant and contractor selection, contract negotiations, design and construction oversight, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, equipment procurement, reporting, and client presentations. Supervises Project Executives and Specialists, supports business development, and uses e-Builder throughout projects.
