Execute purchasing for a complex, low- to mid-volume manufacturer by placing and managing purchase orders, maintaining accurate supplier and PO data, tracking deliveries, managing supplier documentation, developing forecasts, identifying supply risks, and reporting on purchasing performance. Collaborate with finance, engineering, manufacturing, production, and inventory teams while helping develop supplier KPIs and category management processes.

Support embedded controls and firmware development for motor-drive products using C++, Python, and embedded systems. Develop motor control firmware, simulations, configuration tools, and data-processing scripts; debug firmware and hardware issues; collaborate on product features; support testing and data collection; and expand unit testing, CI/CD, linting, documentation, and test plans.

Hands-on intern supporting electromagnetic design and analysis of electric motors. Responsibilities include building finite element models, sizing machines, developing Python analysis tools, conducting electromagnetic, thermal, and structural optimization studies, correlating simulations with dynamometer data, and documenting results.
