Provide system support and user administration for Retail Operations/Sales systems including loan origination software. Troubleshoot UI issues, handle escalation tickets, test defects, assist configuration, participate in UAT and post-production validation, create training materials, and support process improvements using automation and Lean concepts.

The Production Manager II oversees mortgage loan operations, manages staff, ensures compliance, supports loan process improvements, and maintains client relationships.

Supervise a team of QA auditors to ensure mortgage quality control and investor compliance, monitor metrics and deficiencies, provide coaching and training, manage vendor quality, prepare reports and analyses, support audits/exams, and drive process improvements.
