Designs, implements, and maintains DataOps infrastructure and tools to ensure secure, resilient, and performant data pipelines and cloud storage. Automates workflows, monitoring, disaster recovery, and migrations while collaborating with product, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to meet business needs and compliance.

Lead Data QA for the Enterprise Data Warehouse: define QA strategy, design and execute source-to-target validations, CDC and ETL checks, data masking verification, build quality dashboards and automations, mentor QA analysts, manage defects and release readiness, and collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, Product, and stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

Responsible for IT talent sourcing, posting and managing job listings, screening and interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers on technical assessments, maintaining ATS data integrity, building talent pipelines with schools and networks, attending job fairs, and meeting recruiting metrics while ensuring compliance and positive candidate experiences.

Provide business-focused legal counsel to mortgage lending business lines on origination, operations, product development, regulatory compliance, risk management, contracts, and investor/correspondent matters. Partner with Compliance and stakeholders to mitigate legal/regulatory risk, support launches and strategic initiatives, manage escalations, and handle special projects.
