The Director of the IT PMO at GuidePoint Security will oversee IT project management processes, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring successful execution of IT initiatives and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include partner alignment, governance, team leadership, and performance measurement.

Lead design and implementation of Saviynt IGA solutions, perform assessments and roadmaps, draft proposals and SOWs, produce deliverables, mentor junior engineers, and lead technical architecture and security discussions with stakeholders.

Maintain and improve master data for products, vendors, and customers across NetSuite and Salesforce. Ensure data quality and consistency, process tickets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, suggest process improvements, and support business reporting and operations while adhering to data standards.
