Lead account growth and client satisfaction for Energy Providers by selling and overseeing strategic advisory, technology, and risk management engagements for utilities. Build long-term client relationships, drive business development, oversee delivery teams, provide industry thought leadership, mentor staff, and manage account performance, budgets, and schedules.

Provide administrative, coordination, and technical support for eligibility system implementations (Medicaid, SNAP). Manage onboarding, meeting logistics, environment access, tool setup, documentation and technical artifacts, reporting (defects, risks, milestones), action-item tracking, and cross-team coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Work as a Business Analyst to elicit, document, and manage business, policy, technical, and functional requirements for eligibility systems. Support Agile teams and Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, testing and UAT, process analysis, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and system/data validation to improve and automate Medicaid, SNAP, or related eligibility processes.
