Teams at Guardian Pharmacy

Manage assigned pharmacy service accounts by serving as the primary client contact, resolving service issues, coordinating onboarding, conducting business reviews, training client staff, and supporting regulatory and operational best practices. The role partners with pharmacy operations, documents account activity in Salesforce, supports marketing and business development initiatives, and travels throughout an assigned territory to maintain strong client relationships and deliver quality care solutions.

Dispense medications accurately and legally, verify prescriptions for safety and feasibility, oversee packaging and cycle fills, manage inventory, support patients and healthcare professionals, and supervise pharmacy technicians. The pharmacist must maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, compounding guidelines, and quality standards while handling prescription transfers, medication errors, ordering, and operational deadlines.
