Provide day-to-day support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP environments for DoD customers. Install, maintain, audit, and troubleshoot secure Microsoft Windows networks, Exchange, file servers, firewalls, security monitoring, and backup systems. Perform maintenance, firmware upgrades, tape backups, document systems, attend planning meetings, and offer technical guidance. Support accreditation and security requirements.

Provide information assurance and IT support for DoD Special Access Programs: maintain servers, firewalls, networks, VTC, COMSEC, perform AIS accreditation/self-inspections, identify vulnerabilities, manage accounts/media, and support help desk and system configuration updates.
